- WhatsApp Business Phone Number
Instructions & Setup
1. Enter Meta Credentials
Add your Meta System User Access Token, Phone Number ID, and WABA ID in Integrations → WhatsApp.
2. Configure Webhooks
Set the Meta webhook callback URL and verify token provided in your settings.
3. Monitor Ledger
Track utility vs marketing conversations in your workspace WhatsApp usage ledger.
