• Telemetry & Usage: AI token usage, request counts, audit timestamps, and security logs for rate limiting and fraud defense.

3. How We Use Information

We use your data solely to deliver, secure, and improve the MetaOrbit AI ecosystem, including executing AI agent tool commands, dispatching notifications, verifying API signatures, and enforcing tenant isolation.

4. Data Isolation & Security

All tenant workspaces are strictly isolated at the database layer. Cross-tenant data leakage is prevented via deterministic server-side query scoping and hardened edge middleware. Secrets and API keys are stored in encrypted cloud secret vaults.

5. Enterprise AI Processing

When you initiate an AI copilot query, workflow automation, or content generation, text prompts and payloads are transmitted via encrypted TLS to dedicated enterprise AI processing infrastructure under strict zero-data-retention agreements where supported. Your proprietary business data, customer records, and internal prompts are never used to train public foundation models.
