MetaOrbit AI ("we," "us," or "our") provides an omnichannel customer revenue platform combining messaging, B2B CRM deal pipelines, and AI copilot workflows. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you access our website and SaaS application.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Name, work email address, password hash (bcrypt cost factor 12), and role.
  • Workspace & CRM Data: Contact lists, deal stages, pipeline values, and internal notes you enter into your workspace.
  • Integration & OAuth Data: API access tokens and webhooks from connected services (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, Telegram, and SMTP servers). Tokens are encrypted server-side using AES-256-GCM.
  • Billing & Payment Data: Subscription transactions, invoices, and localized payments are processed directly by Paddle Merchant of Record. MetaOrbit AI does not store payment card numbers on its servers.
  • Telemetry & Usage Logs: Normalized AI credit transactions, token counts, and operational audit logs used for platform reliability and margin protection.

3. How We Use Information

We process collected data exclusively to:

  • Deliver, maintain, and authenticate your workspace session.
  • Execute user-initiated AI generations and workflow automations.
  • Synchronize omnichannel conversations across your authorized messaging channels.
  • Enforce server-side rate limits, storage quotas, and security boundaries.
  • Provide customer and technical support.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

To provide our services, we integrate with trusted infrastructure providers:

  • Paddle: Merchant of Record for global checkout, billing, and tax compliance.
  • Google Cloud: Hosting, Cloud Run, Secret Manager, and Google Gemini AI APIs.
  • OpenAI / Anthropic / DeepSeek: LLM generation via our centralized AI gateway.
  • Meta Graph API: WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook messaging integrations.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You retain ownership of your workspace data. You may export or request complete deletion of your workspace and user data at any time by contacting business@metaorbitai.com.
