MetaOrbit AI offers a full-featured 7-Day Free Trial for all new workspaces. Because our free trial is 100% credit card free, you will NEVER be automatically charged or enrolled into a paid subscription when your trial concludes.

At the end of your 7 days, you can decide whether to subscribe to a paid plan. If you choose not to subscribe, your workspace transitions into a read-only archive with zero obligations.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer transparent monthly and annual subscription tiers:

• Starter: $29/month ($290/year) • 5,000 AI Credits • 2 Seats • 500 Contacts
• Growth: $49/month ($490/year) • 15,000 AI Credits • 5 Seats • 2,500 Contacts
• Pro: $79/month ($790/year) • 40,000 AI Credits • 10 Seats • 10,000 Contacts
• Scale: $149/month ($1,490/year) • 100,000 AI Credits • 25 Seats • 50,000 Contacts

3. One-Click Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time with one click from your Workspace Billing dashboard. When you cancel:

• Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period.
• You will not be billed for subsequent cycles.
• Your workspace data and CRM contacts will remain accessible.

4. Refund Eligibility

All payments and refunds are handled through Paddle Merchant of Record. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on initial paid subscription purchases if you experience technical defects that our engineering team cannot resolve.

Refunds are not granted for recurring renewal cycles where the service was available and used normally throughout the billing period, or where accounts violated our Terms of Service.
