4. Lifetime Plan - No Refund Policy

By purchasing the Lifetime Plan, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

4.1 Lifetime Plan Termination

The Lifetime Plan may be terminated without refund if:

  • The company is sold, acquired, or merged
  • Ownership of the company is transferred
  • The company ceases operations or declares bankruptcy
  • You violate the Terms of Service
  • You engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior

Warning: The Lifetime Plan is a high-commitment purchase. We strongly recommend starting with a monthly or yearly plan to ensure the Service meets your needs before purchasing the Lifetime Plan.

5. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise plans have custom terms and refund policies negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to your Enterprise Agreement for specific refund terms.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you are eligible for a refund under this policy, follow these steps:

7. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation and Refund are different:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. You retain access until the end of the paid period.
  • Refund: Returns your payment and immediately terminates access (if within the refund period).

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company (chargeback) without first contacting us:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
