1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or registering an account on MetaOrbit AI ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

MetaOrbit AI provides an omnichannel customer revenue platform combining unified messaging (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook), B2B CRM pipelines, Orbit AI copilot workflows, and social media scheduling.

3. Accounts & Free Trial

All new workspaces receive a 7-Day Free Trial with 1,500 AI credits, 1 seat, 100 contacts, 2 social accounts, 100 marketing emails, and 100 automation runs. No credit card is required to initiate the trial.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities occurring under your workspace.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Paid subscriptions are offered in four core tiers:

• Starter: $29/mo ($290/yr) • 5,000 AI Credits • 2 Seats • 500 Contacts
• Growth: $49/mo ($490/yr) • 15,000 AI Credits • 5 Seats • 2,500 Contacts
• Pro: $79/mo ($790/yr) • 40,000 AI Credits • 10 Seats • 10,000 Contacts
• Scale: $149/mo ($1,490/yr) • 100,000 AI Credits • 25 Seats • 50,000 Contacts

All order processing, payment collection, and tax compliance are powered by Paddle Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Acceptable Use & AI Compliance

You agree not to use MetaOrbit AI to generate illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or malicious content, nor to spam messaging channels in violation of third-party platform policies (e.g. Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, or X guidelines).

6. Limitation of Liability

MetaOrbit AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetaOrbit AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
