1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MetaOrbit AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

MetaOrbit AI is operated by MetaOrbit Technologies ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Service provides an emotion-driven, smart-discounting, memory-based omnichannel AI automation platform for businesses.

2. Service Description

MetaOrbit AI provides AI-powered customer engagement tools including but not limited to:

• Omnichannel inbox management (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook)
• AI-powered smart replies and conversation automation
• CRM and lead management
• Emotion and buying mood detection
• Automated discount optimization
• Analytics and reporting
• Team collaboration tools

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. During the trial period:

• You have access to premium features as specified in your trial plan
• No payment information is required to start the trial
• The trial automatically expires after 7 days unless you subscribe to a paid plan
• You may only use one free trial per business entity
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the free trial at any time

After the trial period ends, access to premium features will be restricted unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

5. Subscription Plans and Pricing

MetaOrbit AI offers multiple subscription tiers:

• Starter Plan: Basic features for small businesses
• Growth Plan: Advanced features for growing businesses
• Pro Plan: Full feature access for established businesses
• Lifetime Plan: One-time payment for lifetime access (subject to terms in Section 6)
• Enterprise Plan: Custom solutions for large organizations

Country-Based Pricing: Pricing is displayed in your local currency based on your location. We use IP-based geolocation to determine your country. Prices may vary by region to reflect local economic conditions.

All prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

6. Lifetime Plan - Special Terms

IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully before purchasing a Lifetime Plan.

The Lifetime Plan provides access to the Service for the lifetime of the current business entity operating MetaOrbit AI, subject to the following critical conditions:

No Refund Policy: The Lifetime Plan is a one-time, non-refundable purchase. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that:

• No refunds will be provided under any circumstances
• The plan may terminate due to events beyond our control
• New premium features may require additional payment
• Fair usage limits apply to prevent abuse

Fair Usage Policy: Lifetime Plan users are subject to fair usage limits to ensure service quality for all users. Excessive usage may result in throttling or additional charges.

By purchasing a Lifetime Plan, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these special terms and conditions.

7. Payment and Billing

For paid subscriptions:

• Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors (Stripe)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in harassment
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

MetaOrbit AI uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is automated and may contain errors or inaccuracies
• AI responses are informational and should not be considered professional advice
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use
• We are not liable for consequences arising from AI-generated content
• AI models may change, affecting response quality and style

10. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your data to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Service Availability and Uptime

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Conduct emergency maintenance without notice

• Implement usage limits or throttling

We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or business interruption.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, APIs, OR INTEGRATIONS

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MetaOrbit AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate your account:

• By You: Cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• By Us: Terminate your account for Terms violations, non-payment, or abuse

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data may be deleted after a grace period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through:
